This is an 8 week program that is used to condition new lifters for more advanced future programing or lifters who want to get back into lifting without overexerting themselves. The program will not request a weight you aren't able to do Week 1, but after completing the program you will likely be stronger and primed to start progressing your lifts and hit those PR's.
